This was a large scale interior and exterior renovation, and a very special opportunity for our team to completely reimagine an existing home. We retained the original foundations, roof framing and wall framing, and rebuilt everything else. Every interior and exterior surface is new, including the landscaping and driveways. The project also included reconfiguration of internal walls, a roof extension, and a garage extension to better suit the client’s needs.

The roof was replaced with new corrugate and membrane roofing. Tiled balconies with glass balustrades, louvre systems and aluminium joinery were added to open the home up and make the most of the beautiful views. An iron spiral staircase creates a striking exterior feature and adds real character.

Inside, the home has been carefully tailored to suit the client’s lifestyle. Bespoke joinery, designed in detail by the client, was crafted for the kitchen, office, laundry, scullery, pantry, bathrooms and bedrooms. Oak timber and tiled surfaces run throughout, bringing warmth and texture, while feature wallpaper adds personality and depth.

Behind the scenes, the home has been fully upgraded. New electrical services, the latest AV and security systems, a full heating upgrade with a new hot water heat pump, and solar panels have all been installed to ensure long term comfort and efficiency.

On the exterior, a considered mix of Accoya grey timber, the Integra plaster system, and aluminium composite panel creates a refined contrast. The quality of the renovation is evident both inside and out.
