This busy family was outgrowing the home, but loved the location. So, they decided to undertake a house extension and house renovation.
We extended the house to increase the size of the bedrooms, add another bathroom and an outdoor room. We also completed earthquake repairs to the property which included full re-levelling.
The interior was fully renovated included new kitchen, laundry and bathrooms, new aluminium joinery windows and bifold doors.
The extension cladding was vertical cedar, tying in well with their existing home and also creating a contrasting architectural feature.
The family loved the result, and are enjoying the extra space.
