We have had the pleasure of delivering numerous projects at St Bedes College over the course of 8 years as Main Contractor. For a number of projects (including our current project) we have provided Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contributions to develop project scopes, inform design and develop project budgets. Some examples of our projects include:

• Durham House – full exterior/interior refurbishment, structural strengthening and re-roof
• The Clocktower and Administration Block – structural strengthening & associated refurbishment
• Jarrow House – interior and exterior dormitory refurbishment
• Re-purposing of redundant Science labs into general classrooms
• Physical Education and PE changing room interior refurbishment
• Marist House structural strengthening
• Conversion of a common room area into a boarding facility with bedrooms, bathrooms, common room and supervisor’s quarters.

The overall combined outcome of the numerous projects we have completed over the years have resulted in completion of EQ repairs and deferred maintenance, buildings strengthened to new building standard (NBS), repurposed facilities to maximise school budget, the use of redundant buildings to cater for increasing student role and increasing school revenue through expanding and upgrading boarding facilities.
