We added value by generating concept pricing to ensure the final design was aligned with the owner’s budget.

The end result exceeded their expectations. Beautiful features include a mix of cedar, colorsteel and EZ Panel plaster on the exterior, glass balustrade, kwila outdoor decking and landscaped areas, fully tiled bathrooms and aluminium joinery designed to maximise views and access their outdoor spaces. The lighting and heating design was completed by our specialist contractors. An elevator to future proof access within the house was the icing on the cake.

Of critical importance to the success of the project – we mitigated Covid supply risks to the programme and budget with close supplier networks and proactive project management. With lots of surrounding homes under construction, the speed and quality of the build was the envy of the neighbourhood.

Two years later we still catch up with these very special clients and take pride in their beautiful home together.
