Through a comprehensive repair scoping and pricing exercise we were able to confirm that the extent of repair and the costs offered by the insurer were adequate.

This provided the owners with the confidence in accepting the settlement offer, and proceeding with repairs. 

Repairs we have undertaken include extensive re-levelling, and structural upgrades to garage and deck beams, as well as internal repairs.

We facilitated a process with the owners that enabled them to undertake some renovations to their property at the same time, including a new deck with glass balustrade and new main bathroom and ensuite.
