Mark Galletly is the Project Director. Mark helps you plan your project using his construction expertise, offering practical ideas and solutions. Mark works closely with you during construction so you are informed at every stage, and manages our site teams to ensure your project is delivered to the highest standard of workmanship.
Nadine Galletly is the Managing Director. Nadine works with you during the planning and pricing stages of your project, alongside our Quantity Surveyor. Nadine manages all contractual, financial and compliance elements of your project.
We are supported in our leadership team by two site Foremen with extensive construction experience. You will have a Foreman who is on site and dedicated to your project.
The Galletly team also includes our own builders, a team administrator and a consultant Quantity Surveyor.

"I met Mark & Nadine Galletly just after the November 2016 North Canterbury/Kaikoura Earthquake event. In my role as an insurance broker at the time I had a number of clients faced with significant insurance earthquake claims. It’s worth noting that the area was in the midst of a severe drought causing additional pressure to clients' livelihoods.
A significant part of my job following the earthquakes was advocating for the clients through the insurance claim process, which at times was a complex and frustrating negotiation.
