Do you provide a guarantee?

Yes. As Certified Builders, we provide the Halo 10-Year Residential Guarantee for large residential projects.

Talk to us about the Halo guarantee details, we can provide information about the extra reassurance this provides.

Can you recommend an architect?

Yes, we have several architects we regularly work with, and can recommend someone suited to your particular project.

Do you do home design?

We work with some fantastic architects who we are happy to recommend, and work alongside them as part of your project team.

Building –

Do you build on hill sites?

Yes, we have expertise in building on hill sites.

When should we get a builder involved in our project?

As soon as possible! We like to work alongside architects to help shape a project and keep it within your budget. Call us any time, even before you’ve started your architectural drawings.

How do I know if I need a building consent?

Give us a call to talk about your project and we can help you navigate the consent process – including telling you whether you need one in the first place.

Yes, this is our speciality. We love the challenge of working on existing homes and building harmonious additions.

Do you do new builds?

Yes. We like to work on architectural builds and specialise in bringing challenging projects to life.

Do you do commercial and education buildings?

Yes. We have a lot of experience working on light commercial projects. We are also very experienced at working in schools and with educational buildings for the Ministry of Education and Boards of Trustees.

Do you repair homes?

Yes. We take on complex repairs and insurance repair jobs. We can work with you to communicate with your insurance company and make sure your settlement is comprehensive and fair before starting work.
