We had the honour of completing the earthquake repair and restoration for two of the New Regent Street shops.
This was a complex repair process which involved achieving a careful balance of an upgrade to today’s building code and strengthening requirements, while restoring the former heritage features to the satisfaction of the Heritage Society.
Site access was difficult, strict site safety was imperative and there were significant logistical challenges – all of which we successfully overcame to produce a stunning outcome for both owners and the community of Christchurch.
This is one the projects we are most proud of.
