We were appointed as the main contractor for this project to resolve standards of some of the school facilities with urgency, across multiple buildings.

The H Block work required removal of walls, internal doors and windows to open up the space into hallways and new workspace areas for students followed by associated cosmetic refurbishment. 

The largest portion of the project was for multiple blocks including six classrooms, the library and the music room to increase the standard of the buildings – interior and exterior, toilets, classroom and administration areas. 

It was a full upgrade to all affected buildings – roof painting and new parapets, 10 new heat pumps with security cages, new fresh air system, new lighting throughout, new joinery for storage, carpet tiles and vinyl throughout, extensive Autex wall linings and full interior paint.

We provided specialist opinions to determine the scope of work required and make recommendations to the client. 

We proposed staging of the works across two school holiday periods, to ensure each classroom/area was fully complete and handed over prior to the school term commencement and use of the buildings was not compromised

This project operated on the basis of trust and transparency.
